Ethel
Project Ethel, located in Studio City, began as a renovation of a 1930s 1,700-square-foot cottage but quickly evolved into a full gut tear-down . The reimagined floor plan expanded the kitchen with an open-concept layout, added two additional bedrooms, and reconfigured the space to better suit the family’s needs. Taking inspiration from the clients love of Spanish Revival architecture, the home features arches, earth tones, and custom white oak cabinetry for a warm, timeless feel. This transformation balances charm and functionality, creating a versatile space for future use.
